Burberry Touch and Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme

Everything about these two colognes captured what I was going for! They both embody deep base notes that resonate well with my natural body aroma and is a major plus that the Mrs. enjoys them as well.

The Burberry Touch - The perfect evening fragrance, IMO. Its a clean, refreshing fragrance with top notes of artemisia, mandarin tree and violet leaves. But, its the base notes that really carry this fragrance and is what ultimately sold me on this product.

The Dolce & Gababbana Pour Homme - Day time wear! It's not one of those attention seeking fragrance that walks in the room before you or lingers long after you've left which is perfect for me because I work inside what we have started to call a closet and I'm not one for competing for attention and neither should my cologne. Its also a bonus that all three of the notes sold me... it was as if I was wearing three different scents as the day went by - each of them harmoniously working to keep me smelling great.

Honorable mention definitely goes to Jimmy Choo Man and would have gone home with me if it would have been a part of the sale that Perfumania. It is another one of those scents that causes people to inhale deeply and bask in your ambiance.

Should any of you want to grab me something as a "YOU"RE SO AMAZING" gift I would love you long time.

Notes on the other samples:

• YSL L'Homme - Great scent but it beat me entering a room and lingered long after I'd walked out. That or every other man is rocking YSL these days. Either way ISSANO from me. (insert shoulder shrug emoji)

• Givenchy Play - I was not a fan of the initial note and I think the is most why I didn't go with this one.
