Well if you're at #TheHawkinsNest its RIBS! Baked ribs prepared by me, of course.
Publix had an amazing sale on these and I couldn't pass up on such a deal. Hours later, the Mrs and I were enjoying these perfectly packed ribs. This is the perfect alternative to smoked and/or grilled ribs.

Level: Easy
Yeilds: 4 servings
Total Time: 2.5 hours
Prep/Active: 15 mins/ 15 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours
What you'll need:
A slab of pork ribs (beef works too) I had the butcher cut mine individually.
Spices and seasoning of your choice.
I used Complete seasoning, Cheyenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder
Garlic Cloves
1/4 of a small yellow onion
Olive oil
A baking dish and foil paper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Clean and season your meat.
Lightly grease the baking dish and place the seasoned meat in the dish with little to no overlap.
this will prevent the meat from sticking to the bottom of the dish
Cut the quarter of an onion and place over the meat.
Cover the dish with foil and allow the meat to bake for two (2) hours
Remove the foil and allow to sit for five (5) minutes prior to serving.
Plate and enjoy.
